What does a Santa letter include? 
Each Santa letter is printed on Santa's Official 2008 Stationary.  It includes a personalized message from Santa with a handwritten signature and Santa's personal stamp. If you request your letter before the deadline below, the letter will include an authentic postmark from the North Pole!  You may also choose to add a 'Nice List' Certificate and stickers to your package.

I want to send a Letter from Santa Claus to several children in the same household. How can I make sure they don’t all receive the same one?

You can choose from the different letter types, and/or leave the name of the child's siblings in the additional information box when ordering. 

What type of payments do you accept?

We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express all through Paypal.

Return/Cancellation Policy

Santa's Mark will cancel/refund your order if a notice is received prior to the letter being mailed. If a notice is received prior to the letter being mailed Santa's Mark will refund 100% of your order. If a cancellation notice is received after the letter has been mailed we will not refund the order unless a mistake was made on our behalf. If we make a mistake on your letter, we will refund 100% of your total paid for that letter upon receipt of a fax or copy of the letter. Please email all cancellations to workshop@santasmark.com.

International Orders

We do ship internationally but to receive a North Pole Postmark the order must be received before December 1st. Orders received after December 8th cannot be guaranteed for international delivery.

When is the last possible day to order the letter in time?

The last cutoff day is December 17 but please try to order prior to this date to insure timely delivery. All orders received before December 11th will have the official North Pole, AK postmark. Any order received on or after December 11th will have a Stamped by Santa Holiday Stamp.

Are your letters postmarked from the North Pole?

Yes! If the order is placed before December 11th for U.S. orders and by December 1st for International orders.

Yes

How old does my child have to be to receive a letter?

All children and Adults of any age are eligible to receive a letter.

Can I request to have more information added into my personalized letter from Santa?

Absolutely!  You can customize the P.S. section of your letter for a special message to your child.
